I cant get this darn song out of my head, and I hear it all the time but I can remember any lyrics and it always ends before I can shazaam my iphone, help please! It should be a simple song to recognize.
From what i can remember it goes something like

Papa he just had a child a lovely girl with a pretty smile,

the chourus has a a lady saying ay ay ay ay ay ay

it says something about him getting a job . If i could sing it to somebody they would know it in 2.5 seconds but and help or ideas would be appreciated.
