Id Soul disco sample used in an edit

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for the id of a sample used in a track with no specific title nor artist. The vinyl was released back in 2007, here you have the info of the vinyl Unknown Artist - Damn Edits Vol. 1 (12") at Discogs .
It's a pretty hard one since the sample or the part that got edited is pretty short and filtered.

Maybe it's the key it's played in but I keep hearing "Stars In Your Eyes" by Herbie Hancock at the very begining. Of course if it is, the sample is pitched much faster than the original song. Then again, my ears aren't what they used to be.

Thanks for the Hint, but honestly i don't think it's this sample, since it's more of a female vocal on the sample and the sample itself ain't pitched.
