I thought it might be the group Azucar Moreno singing, it sure sounds like their vocals and style of music as well... and guessed the song title was "Mustapha", but no go on that, I still think the song might be called "Mustapha" however, if that helps out anyone else trying to figure this one out,

I just want to thank Pulse and to confirm that he was right that the group is called Kamel Oil Company band - Mustapha . A flamenco - spanish song released in 1977 by RCA Records.

Are you sure? The 45 referred to has nothing to do with your sample. It's a direct cover of Bob Azzam's "Mustapha", and is not even remotely close to the track you sampled in your request. I can't even imagine it could be a remix of the Kamel Oil Company Band track.

Schueg, if you've confirmed this was the track, could you share the reference of the record you identified it as? (I'm really interested). My copy is the spanish "promocional - prohibida su venta" pressing on RCA Victor (PB-7629) that's posted on Discogs (I bought it from the guy who posted it).

This song is a remix of "Ali Mustafá" (1980), by Spanish singer Amina. You can see the original recording here:
