Another "Falling In Love" song to be indentified

I heard this song from the radio that goes..

"Falling in love
falling in love
With you,
with you..".

That is how the chorus goes, exactly. It was sung by a guy. It kinda has a techno sound. It sounds like it's a recent song, I doubt if it was from the 90's.

Sorry for the vague description. I've been searching for that song for a long time already. Hope someone could identify the song. :icon_biggrin:

This is one sung by a woman and from around 1983 though,
but that's the first track which popped-up after reading those verse-lines.
