.. the original 4 minute album mix was always a little short in length .. but very intense ..

.. Victor's new remix, although sounding like an authentic 70s production, with new instrumentation to boot, does give the whole song a more laid- back feel when played alongside the original mix ..

.. having purchased this 12" and played it a few times, I can confirm it is probably the best of the recent clutch of Victor Rosado mixes .. the last half of the song becomes a kind of funky Rufus workout .. almost sounding like a live jam, with possibly new vocals from Chaka herself .. very very tasty ..
