Song About Studio 54

I know I have this song in my collection, but I can't find it if I can't remember who sung it!

It's a song about Studio 54. I hear the tune in my head but not very many of the lyrics. I first thought it was Theo Vaness, but now I'm not so sure. I do remember the lyrics to one part, and they went either:

"Five Four, got to get in the door."

or maybe it's:

"Five Four, got to get on the floor."

or both! And those words are chanted more than they are sung.

Does that help ring any bells for anyone else? Can you help jog my memory?
