It was a house song. But it has that disco feel to it.

Technically it is a house song...Given that it came out in 1989 and that Marshall Jefferson and Steve "Silk" Hurley are involved.

But let's not forget that Earl Young (The Trammps/B-H-Y/First Choice...& so many more) is the featured drummer on the song ; it gives it a really old school disco sound.

I've always been a huge fan of Ten City.
