Unknown 1980's Electro Track..Updated sample!

For the first time ever i think i found a track no one knows!
I have updated the sample below. It has been said it could be 101 - Rock to the beat but i don't think it is! Help please!:icon_redface::icon_redface::icon_redface:

For the first time ever i think i found a track no one knows!

Well it's this track: Sugar Style - 909 The Beat Is Mine
Sugar Style - 909 The Beat Is Mine (12") at Discogs

Although I didn't know the track, but it's the kind of silly electro track that I like, anyway a quick guess at the title and googling "909 beats electro rap" and we had our answer.

I checked an audio copy of the above track and the rap bit starts in around 3:50 on the long version.

1, 2, 3 break...
