A couple of years ago on a drizzly day I noticed this record store on Divisidero St. ...parked and shot inside .... bustling with frantic activity ... & no wonder ....the store OPEN MIND was closing its doors. So my first visit and only visit to it was also the last .(Got some great stuff though)

Only yesterday did I notice OPEN MIND again only on a different block on Divisidero St. .... shot inside to learn that a few of the records were kept there ... its really a 2nd hand type of a place ... but the real store was over on Market near Church/Sanchez .

Went there ... excited about its return ! , and the 30% off sale sign in the window.

But in an exact replay .... this location is also closing ...the owner lost his lease again !!! :icon_evil: That's why everything is 30 % off ...

LAST DAY THIS SATURDAY !

Now I picked up some great stuff :icon_cool: .... but also left behind much I didn't need :icon_cool: :icon_cool: ...

If you can make it to that area ( CASTRO !) in the next couple of days it might be worth the effort .........
