Could you be hearing "These sounds fall into my mi-e-i-e-ind"?
That song would be "The Bomb (these sounds fall into my mind)", by The Bucketheads, from 1995

it's got horns and a funky disco beat. sounds 80s ish. the chorus has a female vocalist singing something like:
"big time boogie in my mind"
with each word (except "my") falling on a beat and "mind" sounds like "my-E-ay-E-ind"
i'm really not sure what she's saying. it could be "bee thyme boogie in my eye" for all i know but i'm sure the operative word in the phrase is indeed "boogie."
anyone?

edit: looks like that song samples Chicago's "Street Player"
Well you were closer than the person who asked me what the song was that goes 'Peas, pie, pudding in the sky-y-y' :-)
