searching for this for more than 25 years

I saw a video of a music show (similar to soul train and TOTPs) in the early 80's and when the disco song begins there are two blonde girls turning a big wheel on the wall. I want the name of the song, but I just remember some words of the lyrics:
"we're at the music club
so, get up
slow down
slow down
slow down.. down ..down ..down ..down"

It 'might be' an intro for the show, but I don't know. Please. you could help with the show name, at least.

which might be a funk rythm
