Need help id'ing song from an old mix tape

Hi there. I'm hoping someone can help me identify a song on an old mix tape of mine I recently came across. The tape is probably about 20 years old, and has a lot of the standard disco fare on it recorded from a Detroit radio station in the late 80's I'd say. But there is one song on the tape that I have no clue of the title or artist. It's a pretty funky-sounding song from I'm guessing the late 70's to early 80's, but I'm not entirely sure.
