"I love music" cover version?

I heard a version of Gamble & Huff's "I love Music" that had a female
vocal.

So did a lady singer record the song around the same time as the
O'jays? The song in question definately had a grittty and funky
feel to it.

Rozalla did a cover in 1994 keeping that old school flavor.

Thanks both,

NickNack, the Rozalla version is pretty good, but Pulse
got the one I was after.

So after some online investigation, it would seem that Kellee
recorded her version a year or so after the O'Jays. Sounds
really nice to my ears. I need to track down her LP now :icon_cool:
