Guys pleeeeeze help!! I'LL throw in a few lyrics and can someone please identify the artist and name of the song for me??

"if you're feeling low", "with nowhere to go"..............blah blah blah and then it continues with "it's party time", chorus: (it's party time!), "i'm doctor feelgood! chorus ("i'm doctor feelgood!").......can somebody please gimme the artist and correct name? (and if you can the popular club hit from the late 80"s, "No News"?)

The song is by J.R.. is "It's Party Time" I am currently looking for a copy of this song on CD if preferable. If anyone is able to help please reply. Thanks much appreciated.

If you can't get it on CD, use fetchmp3.com (it's free and easy to use) to convert the youtube video to an mp3 file on your PC and then burn it onto a CD.

Daamn. I haven't heard this in over 25 years... heard it once on 99X in New York, but they didn't ID it, and every time you go looking for "Doctor Feel Good" you keep tripping over James Brown...
