"Set Me Free" ? Bwow?

Hi everyone. I'm looking for the name of a disco-hustle type song. I'm sorry I don't have any more info but maybe someone knows this one. I think it's still fairly popular.
The intro is a few bars (about 10 notes) of the usual "orchestra" type sound, followed by a man's deep voice saying "Bwow!" (or maybe just "wow!")
The only lyrics I can remember is a woman singing "set me freeeee"
but I think the "BWOW!" is what most people will remember.

Any ideas?
