It's not "brother, sister", it's "Doctor Disco". It's Rick Dees' and the title of the song is "Doctor Disco"!
Am I glad to find this forum! Ever since I saw Saturday Night Fever all those years ago, I have tried to find out about a song that I loved the sound of that's in the movie very briefly. I was very disappointed when I bought the soundtrack and it wasn't on there. The song plays for only 20 seconds or so. Early in the movie, we see Travolta and friends go the nightclub for the very first time. They get out of the car, you can hear the song playing as they walk to the nightclub entrance - all I can make out are the words "brother, sister', and then it switches to Beethoven's 5th as they walk downstairs. If anyone has a wild guess, please let me know and put me out of my misery! This brief catchy song has bothered me for years!
