I'll have to answer to myself :)

After desperate search, I asked Disco Patrick, and he had the right answer: the song is called "Your Magic Rap", made by Demo-Barry in 1980, at least the rap part. The original song is actually Rafael Cameron's "The Magic of You", from 1979.
