The group, Bumblebee Unlimited, had a hit with a song titled Love Bug in 1976. The catch line is, "I'M A LOVE BUG, I'LL STING YOU WITH MY LOVE." The voices are put through something  to make them sound like annoying little insects along with a whining organ to make it just that more irritating. (Sorry, I didn't really care for this novelty.)
Tina Charles, a solo artist, had a track on her 1977 Heart 'N Soul album titled Love Bug/Sweets for My Sweet. The catch line is: "LOVE BUG, I'VE BEEN BITTEN BY THE LOVE BUG". This Love Bug was written by Biddu and merged with the Drifters rock'n'roll hit, "Sweets... ". This was pure Euro-disco (for those of us in America) with swirling strings, 4/4 beats and lots of girls in the background. The song took on an old rock'n'roll flavor during the second half because of the Drifters' 60's song. It flows back into Love Bug, exiting again with strings everywhere.
As I was typing this up for you I played both versions. NOWHERE does Bumblebee Unlimited utter the words you're looking for.
Hope all this is helpful. I don't think you're going to find a sound sample.
