Chart Hit [Level 6]
With all the recent interest in the Billboard and Cashbox charts, here's a question for all my fellow Canadians on the board. Does anyone know if there ever was a national disco chart here in Canada during the day? And if so, any idea on where I might be able to find copies? Also any idea on where I might find Canadian pop music charts from the 70's? Were these ever published in say a Canadian music magazine, or otherwise? Cheers.

Yes, I remember the Chum 1050 charts well. I used go downtown to Sam The Record Man (Toronto Canada) every week starting in the early 60's and did so well into the 80's to pick up their charts and then buy 45's. I think I still have the charts in a box somewhere in my basement. Sam's was a great store but it finally closed it doors last year.
