song title artist

Sort of clueless to the title/artist.
Only thing I recall were words say it again, say it high say it low or something to that effect. It was early 80s at the saint that I heard it most frequently. Santana came to mind, but I don't think thats correct. Any ideas or help is appreciated.

I think you're right about santana. They made a song called say it again in 1985. I was very similar to a lot of the other disco-pop stuff of the mid 80's.
I was definitely worlds apart from what Santana use to do
