Can anyone identify the artist and songtitle for the following complete lyrical transcript of a typical 1983 disco tune. This has taking me several years to figure out. And Google.com is not very forthcoming, as the lyrics are almost downright antisearchable and turns up either scratch or nothing to do with a song.
The only other information I can contribute is the beat, it fits very well begin faded in during the end of Oh Romero - These Memories and fades out after Kat Mandu - The Break has been faded in.
I have it on a tape which was recorded december 19 1983, and it is sung by a female voice which I think was processed to sound like 3+ girls singing. The singin comes off as all chorus style singing, and when there is singing it is 3 lines, the first being the longest, and a synth is doing some chords where the fourth line is. I do not know musical notation so the text will have to do:
party
party
party
tonight i'm feeling kind of naughty
party
party
I need to party
I want to party
Get up and hotty
tonight i'm feeling kinda naughty
I love to party
We party hotty
Let's have a party
Don't you want a party
Feeling like a party
tonight i'm feeling kinda naughty
i need to party
i love to party
tonight i'm feeling the need to party
I want to party
get up and party
tonight i'm feeling kinda naughty
i need to party
i love to party
tonight i'm feeling the need to party
I want to party
get up and party
<this is roughly 60% of the played tune, the rest is instrumental, lots of echo then less, then more.
then less and some percussion>
<Kat Mandu 'The Break' fades up, this one is ever so
slightly faster but a good transition is done>

"Party" by Julius Brown
One of Jacques Morali's lesser-known tracks. Released on West End.
This track featured Fred Zarr on keyboards who worked on madonna's 1st LP & eartha kitt's disco stuff (not surprising I s'pose as Jacques Morali produced these; eartha I mean, not maddy!).
...ya gotta beat the street......
