please, help me identify this dance track

hello
I heard a track last week in a bar. It's actually a dance track (between disco and dance) and could remember the lyrics for a few hours and now I forgot :-(((
It's a male singing with a high pitched voice, it sounds like Sylvester or Fox the Fox but it's none of them considering it's an actual track ..if I'm not wrong. It does not sound like something made in the 70'ies, I think it's a recent tune.
In the lyrics, the refrain is relaly easy, so easy that I forgot ! But before the refrain he says - if I rember well -"no matter what you say or do" ..
Any idea ?
