Disco song I loved but can't remember the title

Back around 1978-1980 when I was living in Kansas, this was a fairly popular song. Drum beat was at about a second per beat. Women were singing the chorus, which went something like this:

Anyone have any idea who sung this song and the title?

Doesn't ring a bell. 60 bpm? That seems real slow. Can you post a sample, or even yourself humming it?? That might be enough to put people on the right track...
