HELP ! Very Famous Disco of 80s...

Hi 80 fans,
I have been looking for a song from 1980s,from 1983~1984 and may be older. It is very long and it includes comic speeches, instrumental speedy music with a lot of comic dialogues. A male singer very often says "Cocaine", and somewhere, a funny male singer says " Drrrrrrr,pop, chicop,
chikicopp" It was very famous in 1983 and 1984. I am also sending you a little part taken from a film. There are some little speeches as the song coming to the end but the song can be heard.
Any help would be extremely appreciated.
