The only one I know is on Disconet
(But that one don't have the Eleanor Rigby track...)
Yes....I was at Alphie's Disco in Manchester,Vt. in 1979 and heard several Beatles tracks.... instrumentals played by the Dj....they were disco mixes too...one I remember was Elenor Rigby but there were others played also.
Can someone here please help me find out who did these mixes...and where can they be found? I just can't believe that these mixes are not around someplace or someone has not heard them...they were fantastic.
I was here around 10 years ago and asked this same question...damn I just wish someone knew who put these mixes together. :icon_rolleyes:
And no it wasn't the Stars on 45 Beatles Medly....they were all instrumentals...with an awesome disco beat.
I've been searching for this info for about 30 years now.
If you know...please...please email me at: bigdoger@comcast.net
Thank you so much!

This is a bit of a long shot, but in 1979 there was an instrumental electronic/disco version of ELEANOR RIGBY by a german band called
URANIUM.

NOTICE: Listen the whole thing, is TWO different separate segments, one for each song, ELEANOR RIGBY is the second.
This was also done in 1976 by Wing and a Prayer
(known for "Baby Face")
Cafe Creme did a Beatles Medley.
It's also known as Discomania.
