Another Oddball Song ID!!!

OK, I've got another one--probably from the early 2000 era--just guessin'---based on the last ID which was from 2002.

3 clues...

1) heavy bass-synth line very reminiscent of Bobby Orlando's production on "Passion" by The Flirts...when it gets all heavy duty bangin' --didn't pull the record---but maybe it's just the dub mix that sounds like that. :icon_question:

2) Euro female voice repeats 4 lines...I can't exactly make out what she says...BUT I can make out all the rhyme words.
"something somthing MAGAZINE
something something LIMOUSINE
something something TAMBOURINE
something something SILVER SCREEN"

3) then a male voice [through a vocoder or something like that] repeats several lines...I don't have them exactly...but

"hear the music
say the words
let it come
let it go..
.........
go with the flow...."

OK, can anyone NAME THAT TUNE?????

Oh, that totally rings a bell!! The female voice is kinda dry & serious, right? Like you can imagine her with a strict face, devoid of even the slightest smirk? (Well, at least, she's not all silly like Aqua's "Barbie Girl") Do you have a sample, or a source?? Whatever it is, I haven't heard it for awhile, so it might take some time remembering...

The original version includes a fragment from "PASSION" by Bobby Orlando (The freaky synth line), but I suspect that the version that
the Marky is talking about is the one that was VERY popular at the time and is called "FELIX DA HOUSECAT vs BOBBY O" that is part of the one of the serie "AS HEARD ON RADIO SOULWAX" by 2 Many DJ's
(The Part 1 (2002) to be precise) and it uses the vocals on top of "SHE HAS A WAY" and includes elements of "I'M SO HOT FOR YOU".
