Maybe Russ knows more about this but in London/England they have just opened an "EcoDisco". The electrical power for sound and light is generated...by the public. An new and ingenious dancefloor is providing energy when da people move on da floor. So the harder the DJ works the crowd, the harder they dance and ....

What a fantastic concept! I love the fact that intelligent minds are working on these ingenious ways of getting us off oil dependency....and using the non-stop energy of partygoers just seems like an overall good-good thing!
Interesting that it may supply enough energy to power neighbouring properties....I wonder if anyone's working on a similar concept to capture the energy from gyms and fitness rooms.

A club in Holland has just gone ECO too! It's the "Watt" in Rotterdam.
This is how the floor works in real! Very SNF, IMO!
