This was sort of a freestyle song. It sounded a bit like The Art of Noise. But its not them. It was instrumental. the song began with a mans voice saying
"Ok chaps, take it from the top" then a drum beat began with a nice synthesizer bass line followed after. it had a baby laugh here and there and then an occasional guitar rift here and there. it was popular in the house party scenes. I used to have the record and i cant remember the name or artist.
