It could be "Turn on (the beat box)" which was an exclusive from their 1988 Greatest hits volume 2 CD/Lp.
Hello,
Great to find a site where to discuss and get recalls of good disco & funky music from 70's mainly and very early 80's.
I'm searching for a song that I have in mind. I have to aware that my mother language is not english, so I may be wrong when I spell it. Neither put a sample, because I haven't been able to find anything. It sounds like EW&F, it's a male singer and a chorus (males too). The chorus says something like: "turn it on (also may be turn me on or turn me it on), whenever ...." I don't remember what main singer sings.
I'm not sure that with that poor description you'd be able to answer, however, thanks a lot anyway.
Regards

Maybe: Harry Thumann - You Turn Me On
Or
Rick James - You Turn Me On:

Hey George,
By reading your lyrics-descrition, i thought it was "Turn it on" by Level 42,
although that track might not sound exactly like EW&F.
Here are the lyrics and a brief sample from allmusic.com :
Level 42 - Turn it on
Reaching to another day
And the world is just one step away
Making money, aiming blind
It's time to change - leave it all behind
Turn it on - whenever you can
Turn it on - you know that you can
Hear the echo's in you heart
turn your mind in - then - make a start
Anything you want to be
Will soon become reality - then you'll see
Turn it on - whenever you can
Turn it on - you know that you can
You're out of touch - so turn it on
You don't need much - to burn it on
Take a different point of view
And discover just what you can do
Getting closer every day
Now the world is just a step away - (don't delay)
Turn it on - whenever you can
Turn it on - you know that you can
You hit the top - so turn it on
You'll never stop - just burn it on
Turn it on (turn it on) - whenever you can
Turn it on (groovin' on) - you know that you can
Turn it on (turn it on, yeah) - whenever you can
Turn it on (just movin' on) - you know that you can
Turn it on
Turn it on
Turn it on
Turn it on

Greetz!

First of all, I'd like to thank to the people who helped out.
And, as boogyjuice pointed, that's the song I was searching for!
Thank you once again.
