The sample is really very brief, but i personally can't relate it to Queen.
That vintage keyboard/synthesizer ( either a Korg Poly6/Moog/Oberheim/Prophet5/Roland Juno/etc... ) sounds more from an 80's discofunk act.

Could you find out from which tv-show or movie the sample is ?
Maybe there exists a soundtrack ?
