Is anyone familiar with the song "No No No No" by Sheila B. Devotion? Was it on an LP? Or was it strictly promotional?

The song was released in 1979. It was available on a 7" [4:13] and a 12" [5:13]. It was intended to be part of a new album by Sheila B. Devotion but only three songs were actually recorded (this one and two more on the 12" B-side: «Sunshine weekend» and «Tender silence of the night») because Carrère, the producer, gave the green light for the Chic project instead. Three long mixes of the song are available on the 18 cd collection «L'intégrale».
The Sheila & B. Devotion "The Disco Singles" is a good thing to have. However I was a bit let down by the first disc and the quality of several songs. I probably need to get into them.
There are two versions of this compilation, one is a one-disc edition, the other has two discs and some extra mixes including a great 11 or 12 minute mix of Spacer, which I don't know if it's an original extended mix or if it was recently done? There is an endless intro buildup to make you cry for it's so beautiful, however I find that towards the last third of the mix there is a sound that bothers me that doesn't seem to be on the original version.
When was this mix originally released?
The only bad thing about this release is the lack of liner notes, they don't even say when the songs were released or as what part of which album.
