I have had the pleasure of really getting to listen to the two amazing Azoto LP's lately, and have to say, this is some of my fave late period disco. San Salvador aside, their cover of Havah Nagileh (seriously, not your regular Havah Naggileh-sounds like it was recorded in space whilst on ecstasy) and Soft Emotion are amazing. A lot of people call them proto Italo, but I would dare say I don't agree they are quite Italo yet...
If you have not had the chance to have your ears opened to the Azoto sound, do so immediately.
