Need title & artist of this song PLEASE

Hello, this is from David Lee Roth's radio show from '06, and I need the artist and title for a CD set of every unreleased DLR song I'm creating. It's some disco song, and I don't know if it's remixed or if this is the actual song, because there's no lyrics except "Shoop-doo-doo-doo, shoop-doo-doo-doo/do we...do I" It's hard to Google those lyrics because it may not be "shoop," it could be "boop" or "doop" etc.

Please note that this site I put the mp3 on has hardly any bandwidth, so it can probably handle only a couple people viewing per hour/day downloading (or even visiting) it before it exceeds the bandwidth, so please...only if you really know your disco tunes.
