    More Wally Macdonald 2

Here are the next four that need to be identified. The first three where taped at Stages in June of 1982. The last one was done in the early eighties not sure of the year.
    1. electro possible title "The Securitor"
    2 & 3. are instrumentals
    4. is a new wave band doing a cover of the american composer Stephen Foster's "Beautiful Dreamer" . Please ignore the echo in the song, it was added by Wally, and concentrate on the female vocalist.
you can hear these clips at my home page:

any help will be greatly appreciated

    Hi Yetta,

    1) no clue

    2) Instrumental side of "Do What You Wanna Do" by The Cage feat. Nona Hendryx (the vocal side)

    3) sounds familiar...like it's gonna become something I know...but it never does.

    4) no clue
    "Lost inside adorable illusion...."

    Yetta,

Sorry I'm no help with these but I hope somebody knows #3. What a funky little jam --- I'd like to get my hands on it.

    These are VERY hard.

track 3 sounds like an instrumental version of someting Leon Haywood could have done - but there's also hints of Tom Browne in there. I'm fairly sure it's neither of them.
    Somebody share some light pleeeeaaasse!!

    I want that track !

    K-Bee,
tried downloaded several Haywood and Browne tunes. Didn't come up with mystery song three. However I got some good tunes that I didn't know about. Here's a sidebar one of the songs I downloaded was Tom Browne's "Midnight
Interlude" do you happen to know who the female vocalist is on this track. Thanks for turning on to some new music.

    Yetta
Midnight Interlude is from Browne's "Magic" album from '81
I believe the female vocalist is Toni Smith.

From that same album check out the awesome "Thighs High (grip your Hips And Move)"
