I'm trying to track down a song I believe is titled 'Dance Fantasy'. All I can recall is the background singers repeatedly singing the words 'dance fantasy' and then a male singer sings 'dancin in my fantasy' or it could be 'dancin in my reality'. Its an upbeat song, likely circa 78 or 79, likely in the range of 125-135 bpm. I know this is a long shot with so little info. I've managed to track down a song by Free Life called Dance Fantasy and I was wondering if anyone can confirm if this is the song I'm looking for? Does this ring any bells with anyone?

Yes, sounds like Free Life's "Dance Fantasy"
"..dancin' is my fantasy/ don't you ever stop...dance-dance-dance dance fanta-seeeeey for me"...something about "my present state of mind"
Viteritti played this ...it's from later than your time period around late 1979-1980 I'd say....mixed with things like Foxy's "Party Boys"/ Keith Zorro's "Too Hot To Stop The Rock" on a tape I have.

"Lost inside adorable illusion...."
Ummm... I don't suppose anyone could supply a short mp3 clip of this?
