The saxophone-sound reminds me much of Tom Scott and Ernie Watts.
I have some of their albums , but not shure if i have this one.

The male-voice on Track 1 sounds very familiar too ... dang ! lol ... it's haunting me now .

Okay , i'll see what i can do about track 10 ... might have to send the sample to another collector who might have that track.
Track 1 could indeed be Marc Sadane ... i have both his albums on cd so that will be easy to check , but at this moment i have a pile of overwork to do this night for my job , and also have to start very early tomorrow at another job-assignment.
i'll try to get back a.s.a.p. for possible answers to your remaining mystery-tracks.
