For those who might be interested, Almighty Records is busily putting together a remix album of classic 80s energy hits by the original artists. So far I've heard fantastic sound clips of The Flirtations' Earthquake, Miquel Brown's So Many Men, Real Life's Send Me An Angel, Paul Parker's Right On Target and my favourite Lisa's Rocket To Your Heart!
The album is scheduled to be released sometime in April 2008. All remixes that I've heard remain very loyal to the originals adding that frolicking Almighty bassline and other excitement as well. I just took a listen to a clip of "Right On Target" and the mix really injects some fire to this energy gem.....really looking forward to this album.
