Try "Love and Desire" by Arpeggio. Uptempo but the lyrics aren't a perfect match with yours.
PLEASE HELP!!!
High Energy Song possibly 130 - 137 bpm. Sounds like it could of been released mid 80s. Female vocals chorus say something like.. "you gave me love, you gave me desire, you gave me love, my hearts on fire" the verse before the chorus saids something like.. " I wanna be with your love and desire.."
It has a Company B like Keyboard hook (typical of the time). PLEASE HELP!! I would love to own this track.

Love Has No Time or Place

NickNack, sorry it's not Arpeggio.
Though, that song is very hi-nrg and fast - the one Im trying to find the title too was more eighties. Sounds something along the lines of Company B, Shy Rose...
Thanks anyway :(

I know this is gonna sound vague but there was a track called Love and Desire came out mid 80s. It was by Michael ?
and was on the same label as "Savin' Myself" by Eria Fachin. Sorry I can't be more helpful
Are you sure it was a female singer because those lyrics seem to be from 'Hearts on Fire' by Sam Harris from 1985. Sam does have a quite high-pitched 'falsetto' voice so this might be the track you mean!
...ya gotta beat the street......
Ah, Steely...
I was just gonna mention Sam Harris and his "Hearts On Fire"--but you beat me to the punch!!!!![]()
"Lost inside adorable illusion...."
DiscoFrank, the soung you are talking about is
Burning with Fire by Tapps
I believe that the track that Phillis Hyman is talking about is by Michael Bow , one of those Euro tunes produced by Frank De Wulf, but it was called "Love and DEVOTION" ("....Like a locomotion" there you are, another example of realistically inspired lyrics -NOT!!!!!!!!), recognizable from the distinctive "uno-due-tre-quattro" intro", another track (in my opinion) to NEVER mention again!!!!!
\"..There\'s a time for work and time for play,
Let\'s get it straight....\"

You're right Pecs, that's the one although I don't remember it being as bad as you describe. I kinda quite liked it 8)
Thanks for trying to help me out.
Unforunately, the 3 songs discussed here:
"Burning with Fire" - Tapps
"Hearts on Fire" - Sam Harris
"Love and Devotion" - Micheal Bow
are not it.
The track sounds like Sequel "Its not too late" and others like it around that time. Its hi-nrg, but many of the stations that played free-style dance music played this one.
