DJ John Daru? on Dance Classics Showcase

I was wondering if anyone knew who this DJ was or when these mixes were actually made on cassette. I def know its from cassette because the sound makes it obv on the cd.

I am dj John DaRu, the mix was originally done on open reel to reel, but duplicated on cassette. I still make mixed tapes but that was one of my favorites.
