Name That Tune!?!?

OK, I am going to go to the experts on this one. I use to own a 45rpm record of a song titled "Jack In The Box". I am not looking for the one by the Moments, and all I can remember is a paraphrase of the chorus...goes something like this

:icon_lol:Jack in the box, your love I found,
Changed my whole life without a doubt,
Like Jack in the box your love I found,
Thank you girl...I really want to thank you girl:icon_lol:

Or something close to the above lyrics. I'd say the record came out circa early 70's. Any clues? And where might I find a copy of this tune? BTW I got the record originally in NYC.

OK Here's an update...I found an old CD that was a recording of a reel to reel tape that has the song I am looking for. I am not sure how to upload the song to this forum (or even it is allowed) but if anyone would like to take a stab at figuring this one out I could email it to you. PLEASE someone help me figure this one out, it's driving me crazy!!!
