How To Embed - Post YouTube Videos In Your Forum Post!

Since a lot of members/memberettes PM me for the magic YouTube formula, maybe it's better that I open this thread so it can be reffered 2!

Posting a Youtube vid is easy like 1-2-3!
1.You have to know the HTML code and that is:

[youtubetest][/youtubetest]

2. You go to the YT site and you copy the URL. You have to click on "more" in the "about this video" section. Don't use the embed-code here coz' it won't work. You can use that one to embed the vid on your blog/MySpace/whatever.

So you get [url]testhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LnnCSdXnYZEtest[url]

3. Now, you copy the part after the "equal sign" (here it's LnnCSdXnYZE and you paste it between the HTML code, so you get:

[youtubetest]LnnCSdXnYZE[/youtubetest]

Important, in the example, don't pay attention to the test words, I only insert 'em to prevent that the code is translated and thus you can not see the technical trick.

Now, do the exercise without the red test words...and then: the magic happens!
