    The first mp3 is Salsoul Orchestra " It's good for your soul" 1978 released with "Magic bird of fire" as T side.

    The instrumental version is the break of the instrumental from MASTER JAY & MICHAEL DEE "TSOB" on TSOB (Disco rap and 1 of my favorite early rap). The keyboard grid is from Candido. In your instrumental it plays more slowly.
