I may be way off on this one.
But swedish group Caramba made a track called "Habba Habba Zoot Zoot" way back in 1981.

It was filled with strange sounding lyrics like the ones you wrote. Unfortunately, it's not very disco like but rather one of the most insane songs ever made!! :o
