The Captain's freakishly big IRISES!

I was rearranging my records by alphabetical order (I was getting tired of looking through several cabinets just to find one record, and of buying the same record over again, having forgotten that hangover day 10 years ago I'd already bought the record). Anyway, I came across Captain & Tennille's "Love Will Keep Us Together", and, bored of shuffling through dusty records, decided I'd take another break & check out the back cover, and remember the name of those tracks on side A I love but never admit to...

...When I started looking at the picture of the Captain (what a dumb name!) and Toni Tennille, and I noticed how freakishly big the Captain's irises are compared to other human beings, namely Tennille's.
I remember noticing before something weird about that picture, particularly his gaze, but thinking it was just because he was seldom seen without his shades... But then I looked at hers, then, broadening the scope, at both of them... and it hit me: he has gigantic irises!! (probably why he was seldom seen without the shades in the first place...)

Has anybody ever noticed that before? Do I need to stop drinking from that unmarked bottle I found under the sink next to the Clorox? Am I a whacko? Is this of any interest at all? Probably not. I'm just curious if this has startled anyone before.

He looks like "Puss in Boots" out of Shrek 2.

OH GOD NO!!!!!!
My co-worker made that picture of the cat. I guess he invented the program to do the sort of thing with the eyes and annoy me and untold others. Its hanging downstairs at work, and I HATE it!!! LOL!

Daryl Dragon's right eye's pupil looks normal but his left eye's pupil looks dilated, like that of a dead person! Yeah, his irises are pretty big too, overall. Maybe he is part extra-terrestrial? :)

No he most likely was high on something. The iris expands when one is stoned.

It seems like he's not the only one stoned... The pupils expanding, yes. The irises? Maybe according to Tex Avery. Not in real life, AFAIK...

Oooooooooooooops I knew I shouldn't have had that last hit (lol) Yes I agree his irises are abnormally big.
