I've been using Acid and Audacity software to make my own extended versions of disco songs. What I want to find is ready-to-use samples and loops for 1979 style syndrum sounds, the oowa oowa disco chant and police whistles. Anyone know where to find these? Is there a cheap software that can generate a variety of syndrum sounds?
