I have this track that I really like but the title and artist of the song has been bugging me for years now. Please help and satisfy my compulsiveness and identify this dance track from years ago. I have uploaded the file, feel free to listen and enjoy the dance track. :lol: GIVE_ME_MORE.MP3

There's a song:

"Say oooooooooh, come along
And glide on the rhythm, slide on the rhythm toniiiiiiiiiite....."

Alway has sounded like a very early Chaka Khan but I cannot seemto find anything like this so is it someone else? Thanks!

That's song is "Ride on the Rhythm" by Mahogany on WestEnd Label around 1983

Thank you Tomthumb. I checked out samples of Mahogany Ride on the rhythm on the web.
But it doesn't sound the same. :(

I seem to remember that Louie Vega did a version in the 90's.

There is another version which came out in the mid 90's that is a little faster by Arizona called "Slide on the Rhythm" It's the same song just a little more clubier with harder beats.

I am having a hard time finding a sample of Arizona - slide to the rhythm. can someone please direct me to one so I know if I would llike to purchase remixes. :) thank you again Tomthumb.
