The second half of the first sample sounds like something from the Touch Of Class's 'I'm In Heaven' LP. It's definitely got that Philly John Davis sound to it. Probably the song 'Just Can't Say Goodbye'. That LP has apparently been reissued in Japan as 'Love Means Everything' with a couple of extra tracks.

The second sample could be Sunshine Band/Harry Wayne Casey related.

Third one sounds like Love In C Minor, probably Cerrone's version.

I haven't heard the fourth one before.

just listened to the Santaren version of "Love in C minor" and it's not the one in the sample, close but not the one to my ears, possibly the Heart and Soul Orchestra version on Casablanca, but i don't think so, listening to it now and the horns aren't quite the same.
