    BEE GEES remixes!

Hi there folks,i just want to know your thoughts on the new re-release of the bee gees greatest hits that was originally released in 1979 but now re-released by warner music last week with bonus tracks! Finally the extended version of STAYIN' ALIVE on cd!The unreleased track WARM RIDE isn't bad either! Then there are the remixes! You should be dancing remix is one of the best remixes of the lot,IF I CAN'T HAVE YOU and NIGHT FEVER are disapointing,HOW DEEP IS YOUR LOVE(remixed by SURPREME BEINGS OF NATURE)is so good, they added a little latin flavour to it!Then there's the bonus hidden track the remix of STAYIN' ALIVE......what can i say is.....WOW!This is my opinion,i would like to have your opinions about this subject! Thanks!

So, it sounds to me like they've put the promo extended versions of these songs from back in the day onto this collection? Stayin Alive was the only track out of all of those old remixes that actually contained extra material. The other tracks were just extended by repeating sections from the LP mixes.

Nope. Just the "Stayin' Alive" promo extended cut is "old". The rest on this comp are new remixes that sound like they'd kill in Ibiza. :icon_rolleyes:

Which means...I believe 3 of the 4 extended mixes from that 1977 promo are now available. "Stayin' Alive" here, "You Should Be Dancing" on the old boxed set, "If I Can't Have You" is on the Disco Gold comp, IIRC.

Correct me if I'm wrong, please.

I feel a bit lazy here.

Can anyone point me to the link of the above described CD or provide the CD release number, please?
