Belgian State Vs. M. Jackson/R. Kelly!

Today the Belgian justice has ruled that Michael Jackson's worlwide seller "You are not alone", written by R. Kelly is a complete rip-off from the song "If we can start all over" by Belgian brothers Danny and Eddy Van Passel.

The Belgian court and Sabam, the Belgian organisation for artistic copyright protection will now negotiate with both Kelly and Jackson to get a deal. If not, all the proceeds of the song credits will likely be turned over to the brothers by a new verdict.

After Madonna's "Frozen" it's the 2nd time a major American artist bites the dust in Brussels!



Just on the net, this is the original composition by the Van Passel Brothers, published in 1993!
