disco version of FUNKY NASSAU - where to get?

Looking for a copy of the disco version of Funky Nassau by one Roy Bunnings. Heard it in Paris and know of only one copy in London - can anyone help?

This is a really hard record to track down...and if you do find a copy it will be very expensive. (It's actually Ray Munnings). The 12" was released only in the UK on the Tammi Recrds label, and as with his other releases there weren't many made. This one usually sells for US$500, when it (rarely) comes up for sale.
